This is our most popular service. We have made training with a professional much more affordable and flexible. During our small group training sessions, no more than five (5) individuals are performing exercises specific to their own goals. This is not a bootcamp or Crossfit type of training. You get the knowledge and feedback as you would if working with a trainer one-on-one at a fraction of the cost. Our clients are pushed, motivated, and challenged during each session and reach tangible results.
