H.I.I.T. Fitness Class

Class Schedule:

Monday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Saturday from 9:00am-10:00am

 

Cost: $10 CASH ONLY

  • You must have hand wraps.  Hand wraps are available for purchase for $5 CASH ONLY. 

  • Gloves available for checkout on a first come first serve basis and cost $3 CASH ONLY.

Maximum Participants: 20

 

This class is designed for intermediate to advanced fitness individuals who are looking to be pushed to their limits.  Ideal for athletes, endurance participants, military and law enforcement, and everyone else who can train at a fast pace.  This is a high intensity class designed to burn calories, speed up your metabolism, increase muscle endurance, and create a leaner look.  This class will incorporate resistance training using your body weight, TRX Bands, jump ropes, spinning bikes, bosu trainers, rowing machine, push/pull sled (known as the "Equalizer"), and much more.

 

Those with serious injuries or limitations should avoid this class as there are no modified versions of any of the exercises we will be performing.

Friday's

5:30am - 10:30am

Saturday
