H.I.I.T. Group Fitness Class Reduced Rate for the rest of the year in light of Covid-19

This class is designed to speed up the metabolism to help shed body fat and improve the cardio vascular system.  The equipment used varies from free weights, Air Bike, Rowing Machine, Plyometric Boxes, Push/Pull Sleds, TRX Bands, Slide Boards, as well as body weight exercises.  This class is NOT for those with injuries that limit their ability to run, jump, bike, row, push, pull, or lift weights.  


Burn 1,000 calories in just 45 minutes

  • Tuesday & Thursday (Starting June 23rd)

  • 5:30am, 6:30am, and 7:30am.

  • $15 per class OR

  • $59 for the month for unlimited sessions.

  • Monthly payment is due on or before the 28th of the month for the upcoming month.


  • Payments can be made via cash or Zelle upon arrival at the front door.
