Personal Training

We have made training with a professional much more affordable and flexible to accomodate people's busy schedules.   Before starting your personal training program, we will schedule a one-on-one meeting to get to know more about you and the goals you're looking to achieve. We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses to develop the most beneficial workout routine to match your specific goals. We combine exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices all together so you can improve all aspects of your physical and mental well-being.

 

During our personal training sessions, no more than five (5) individuals are performing exercises specific to their own goals.  You get the knowledge and feedback as you would if working with a trainer one-on-one at a fraction of the cost.  The exercises each individual performs is specific to that person’s frequency of training with us, type of goals they wish to achieve, and their level of training experience. 

 

In addition to personal training, we also specialize in injury rehabilitation whether you have a new, or chronic injury and looking to get back to your old self.

 

Initial Consultation & Assessment - $50 CASH or ZELLE

- Wear shorts or spandex pants and a T-shirt

- Approximate time for appointment is 60 minutes

- We discuss your goals, nutrition, my services, and much more.

 

Training Sessions:

Monday - Friday 5:00am, 6:00am, 7:00am, and 8:00am.

 

Cost:

Training Packages start at $395 per month.
