Small Group Personal Training

Before starting your personal training workout program, we schedule a one-on-one meeting to get to know more about you as well as the goals you're looking to achieve. We discuss your strengths and weaknesses to develop the most beneficial workout routine to match your specific goals. We combine exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices all together so you can improve all aspects of your physical and mental well-being.  In addition to personal training, we also specialize in injury rehabilitation whether you have a new, or chronic injury and are looking to get back to your old self.

 

This is our most popular service.  We have made training with a professional much more affordable and flexible.  During our small group training sessions, no more than five (5) individuals are performing exercises specific to their own goals.  You get the knowledge and feedback as you would if working with a trainer one-on-one at a fraction of the cost.  Our clients are pushed, motivated, and challenged during each session and reach tangible results.  The exercises each individual performs is specific to that person’s frequency of training with us, type of goals they wish to achieve, and their level of training experience. 

 

Initial Consultation & Assessment - $50 Cash

- Wear shorts or spandex pants and a T-shirt

- Approximate time for appointment is 90 minutes

- We discuss your goals, nutrition, my services, and much more.

Monday 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, and 5:00pm
Tuesday 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, and 5:00pm
Wednesday 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, and 5:00pm
Thursday 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, and 5:00pm
Friday 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8and :30am
