This class is designed for intermediate to advanced fitness
individuals who are looking to be pushed to their limits. This is a high intensity class designed to burn calories, speed up your metabolism, increase muscle strength, and create a leaner look.
This class will incorporate resistance training using your body weight, barbells, dumbbells, TRX Bands, machines, pushing sled (known as the "Equalizer"), and much more.
Those with serious injuries or limitations should avoid this class as
there are no modified versions of any of the exercises we will be performing.
